Ring Size Guide

Finding the perfect ring size can be challenging, but we’re here to help! Follow our tips below to determine your size. If you’re still unsure, feel free to reach out to us at Blade@sundayoflove.com, and we’ll gladly assist you.

How to Measure Your Ring Size

Step 1: Using a Paper Strip

  1. Cut a thin strip of paper.
  2. Wrap the strip snugly around your finger (ensure it feels as you would like your ring to fit).
  3. Mark where the ends meet with a pen.
  4. Measure the length of the paper up to the marked point.

Use our Sunday of Love Ring Size Chart to match the measurement to the corresponding ring size.

Step 2: Measuring an Existing Ring

If you already own a ring that fits perfectly, you can measure it to determine the size:

  • Inner Diameter: Measure the inner diameter of the ring in millimetres.
  • Inner Circumference: Alternatively, use our downloadable size guide (print without scaling) and place your ring on the round markers to find your size.

For the most accurate results, you can also take your ring to a local jeweller for precise measurement.

Understanding Sunday of Love Ring Sizes

We use European standard ring sizes, which are based on the inner circumference of the ring in millimetres. For example, a size 54 ring has an inner circumference of 54 mm.

Measuring Your Finger

Keep in mind that finger size can vary depending on:

  • Temperature: Fingers tend to swell in warmer conditions and shrink in colder ones.
  • Time of Day: Measure your finger at a time when it feels most comfortable.

Between Ring Sizes?

If you’re between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for comfort. However, the final decision is personal—try on a ring to see what feels best for you.
